Coop takes your money
Adds 10% for ‘substitution’ which they then fail To return. Also on website says 2-5 days but the support team turn that into 10 10 Working days. Support team are drones who repeat rhetoric without engaging brains as any fool could see the amount added was not 10% and not refunded . Teams rely on automation that does not work. Useless application also, crashed like 10 times when placing an order for only 10 Items. Not worth the stress or aggro from such a poor service provider
