[Anti]Marketing

Lyca mobile has some bundles with discounts for new customers. Sounds good but not really interesting when you found you have to renew your bundle previous of finishing the bundle that they don't offer to you and they don't mention in the ads. And more than this one is that I bought with renewal and use my bank card information. I use the same card for other services as direct debit and none of them has not any issues. But after one month they mentioned that they can't pick it up from my bank account and they expired the bundle that I had and ask me to buy a new bundle. As you know in this case you are not a new customer anymore and can't use the discount that you had before and was the interesting part that you joined. This is a type of theft. They mentioned the problem is Invalid Member/Card Details but I'm sure is not any problem with this. Because other providers use the same information for direct debit. I prefer to change the service provider and don't contribute to this type of theft that they ran. I suggest to others don't use their service to prove to them this is not a way to provide service.
