Leeds - rude and abrupt staff
4 weeks to get a refund as staff had overbooked the room and charged card on numerous occasions. Unhelpful and downright rude staff. Female on Friday check in would rather argue I didn’t have a reservation than attempt to rectify the situation when presented with the booking reference. Then phoned down to reception and the same rude female hung up on me when I had complained about the room. Never had such dire service in my life at Leeds, certainly won’t be coming back anytime soon. Get a job you enjoy rather than taking it out on the customer asking basic questions! Seemed to get pleasure in being rude and talking down to other customers too
