Mixed experience
While the final outcome was acceptable, the journey to get there was bumpy. The initial consultation was thorough and promising, but execution had some hiccups. Customer service was responsive when issues arose, which I appreciated. The pricing was competitive, but I expected smoother delivery given their reputation.
