Aria Smith , Amazing customer service
I wanted to do a tour of Thailand and end up in Bali. I got in touch with Travel Centre as a work colleague had done the same trip with Travel Centre and gave them a great review. I was a bit nervous as it's a six stop tour but from the minute I got in touch with them Aria Smith was just amazing. Anything I asked for she was able to accommodate us with. We are meeting our daughter in Bali and she'd booked a different hotel there , when I got in touch with Aria she changed the hotel to where my daughter's staying without any fuss. I don't know how many times I've What's app Aria asking questions and she always answers immediately . I'm actually looking for my next trip to book with her. Can't praise her enough. The actual holiday price was so reasonable too.
