Our engineer arrived this morning within the allocated time frame. I was told between 10-1 and he arrived just after 10. He was so polite and respectful of our home. He knew exactly what the problem was with my washing machine, he had the part in his van and everything was fixed in less than an hour. So grateful to of had an engineer come out to us so quick. Thankyou. 10/10 service.
