Glad I found Cardahealth
Cardahealth provides the right push to get me breathing better. The workouts are challenging, but I can feel the difference in what I can do. When I started, several weeks ago, some of the warm up exercises were a challenge. This morning I completed a 45+ min session on my feet, not seated. My exercise physiologist, Kelly, is cheerful, supportive, and keeps a good eye on me during the workouts. I find myself able to get that full breath now that was before such a struggle to achieve. I absolutely love the Tues stretching, breathing, meditation class. I have a set of breathing tests and appointment with my pulmonologist in Sept. I'm anxious to see my results. I'm very glad I found Cardahealth and look forward to continuing with them.
