I book a transfer
I book a transfer. We land around midnight and taxi was not there. We call to emergency number from our voucher transfer one lady pick up the phone, sounds like she just wake up, she check our booking and she said search taxi somewhere there and claim for refund. When I ask how it could happen, she wad rude and hang up the phone. I will never use your service again. I was alone with my son, tired, scared and very dissappointed
