⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe and Unhygienic Experience on MSC(Virtuosa) We are currently on Day 7 of a 14-day cruise with MSC Virtuosa, and the experience so far has been unacceptable, especially for a family cruise. • A drunk passenger shouted racist abuse and threatened staff and guests for nearly an hour, in front of children, with no intervention from MSC staff. The passenger remained on board unpunished. • A vomit incident near the pool buffet was left uncleaned for over an hour, despite multiple complaints to officers. • My children were covered in black soot falling from the funnels, ruining pool days and raising serious health concerns. • My daughter needed to see the onboard doctor, who prescribed medication for a skin reaction likely caused by the environmental issues onboard. • Multiple complaints were ignored or brushed off by guest services. We booked MSC expecting a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment. Instead, we’ve dealt with hygiene failures, safety risks, and poor staff response. I have photos, videos, and medical documentation to prove every point. Completely unacceptable and not what you expect from a premium cruise line. This holiday has been stressful, worrying, and nowhere near the standard promised by
