Constant price rises in Nuffield Health Harrogate are forcing loyal, long-term members to cancel their membership as they can no longer afford it. There should be swim only memberships available to all members, not just the over 65s which is currently the case. Why are the membership prices considerably higher in Harrogate compared to other areas for exactly the same facilities, this is not fair. Why is there still no privacy whatsoever between the shower cubicles, despite many member complaints. This can be very quickly and inexpensively resolved with completely opaque adhesive film. This is also a child protection issue as children should be allowed to shower in complete privacy but Nuffield Health Head Office refuse to resolve the problem.
