Unprofessional Mr Claudia Rodriguez
Have been trying to contact them over a claim from someone who was involved in an accident. Ms Claudia Rodriguez was the agent assisting on the claim and it's hard to get ahold of her. She never answers her phone. At any time morning noon or even before closing she doesn't answer. Very unprofessional this insurance company is. Then I speak with Abilene and she tells me she talking to Ms Rodriguez and transfer me to her just to hear her voicemail I thought she was in her office. I feel discriminated and harassed by them I'm on the phone now and just a bunch of hold ons I think this is a scam from policy holder and the INSURANCE I will be filing complaints and with the BBB
