No refund of £100 order that I did not receive Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief
