Unreliable
I've been using them for a few years. The cloud-drive sync feature works great when it's working correctly. However, on three separate occasions over my time with them, my computers have come out of sync (file counts on the synced drive differ, and I can even identify specific unsynced files). The remedies have ranged to fairly easy (installing the most recent software--which for some reason wasn't happening on its own--then unlinking the computers from cloud-drive, then relinking) to the full nightmare problem of getting transferred to their dev team and then spending hours and hours on the phone before the problem is resolved. Long story short, this unreliability isn't a one-off. I worry about lost data, so I'm finally making the switch to another service.
