Marriott Vacation Club is a Total Scam. During the presentation, they will tell you that you can have vacations anywhere around the world with your points. However, once you pay $25,000, you're essentially trapped. This amount is non-refundable, and top of that there is Yearly maintenance cost of $1,800. IF you plan to exit from the Program, you won't receive a penny back from the initial $25,000 investment. I have been trying to book a resort 13 months in advance and still have not been able to secure a reservation. Totally lost my money I will never suggest anyone any timeshare.
