Horrible customer service!!!!

Horrible customer service! I put in an order on 10/28/22, I sent an email asking status on 11/3/22 because I received no information or updates. My first email was not responded to until11/7/22, just after I received an email that my order shipped. All the person said was to give me my tracking, no explanation why it took 6 business days to ship my order, no apology, no expedited shipping, nope, nothing. I entered in tracking and it showed delivery date unavailable, pending. I thought great it’s lost. I checked back on the 9th, same thing, I sent a total of 5 emails, 3 were vaguely responded to. One rep even had the nerve to only respond saying I was helped by the previous rep that gave me tracking. I am sorry, it is list, how the heck does that help?!?!?! My last email on 11/9/22 said if I did not have a reasonable rapid resolution regarding getting me my order, I would dispute the charge. Nothing! So I disputed the charge on 11/10/22. The box finally came on 11/11/22, if I was home I would have refused it. I got one finally email from these so called customer service reps with a picture showing my order was delivered, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I have no idea how they are in business. If I ran my companies like this, I would be unemployed! HORRIBLE customer service!
