Started out great with them but things…

Started out great with them but things soon turned sour. Issues with setting up the booster box, it was hard to speak to customer support, it seemed to be one guy working from home rather than the expected department dealing with my issue. Then I needed to end my agreement with them early as I am leaving the UK (I didn't even realise I was in a 12 month contract thought it was pay as you go) and things became even worse. They said I should have to pay £180 to fulfill the rest of the years contract but then stated it would be halved to end my contract early. I agreed this but then they tried taking £140. I queried why and they said I had to pay £40 for my current months internet and £100 as a set up fee to be moved on to a rolling contract. This isnt what they agreed so I didn't pay. they changed my wifi name and password so I couldn't login and I just assumed that was the end of it. A week later after having no internet all week they have now taken the £140 from my bank. The company seems a shambles with no real processes in place for early cancellation or any structure to their team. EDIT: to respond to Rebels comment. They are claiming that I agreed to move to a new type of contract which is false information. I agreed to pay a cancellation fee of half of the contract amount which was £90 and I have the emails to support this. My understanding at the time was that the £90 was the final amount to pay to close my account but they are also saying there was another months usage to be added which was £40 I did not agree to move on to a rolling contract this is false and I have reported this company to Ofcom for failure to provide a proper contract with details of their cancellation procedure and also for signing me into a new agreement I did not agree to and taking the funds for it without my permission. Also their online system does not allow you to update your bank card details for payment or to make payments online. As I mentioned this seems like a one man band, you have to ring the guy direct to get him to update your card details. Stay well clear of them they are not what they appear to be !!
