Bury St Edmunds team have won a loyal customer
I don't normally bother with reviews but my experience yesterday at the Bury St Edmunds branch was outstanding. I can't fault a thing. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful, and the chap who cut the ply sheets for me was on the ball and did a great job. Having used other timber suppliers, I was pleasantly surprised that at no time (being female) did anyone question my knowledge or skill. (In fact I was even complimented on the precision my cutting plan). Even while waiting for my partner to return to pick up the work, several staff members asked me if I was being served or needed any help. Not at all pushy, everyone at the branch seemed genuinely interested in their customers. Outstanding service and saved me time and money. Well done Bury!
