What a shambles...
It took longer than expected (9 days) between booking the shipment and delivery. Shipping was actually via a contracted third party (Emons) and this company had no online tracking data, so I didn't know the status of the shipment or even when it was actually delivered. I was also required to contact the receiving party myself to confirm when they were available for the delivery. Then, some weeks later, Cargo International sent me an invoice for an extra 10EUR because the recipient had not answered their phone at some point during the delivery process. I contacted the recipient who confirmed they were in all day and had no missed calls. I tried to argue with Cargo International, but they would not listen - so I had to pay the 10 EUR. I will never use this company again - but wanted to share my experience with future customers so they know what they are buying. Note that Cargo International have tried to take down my review, despite it being truthful. Perhaps they should spend this time on customer service instead...
