Absolutely appalling service. Was told cargo would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. Was expecting a slight delay due to Suez Canal blockage but that only lasted 6 days and by 3rd April all backlog of ships had cleared. It took 15 weeks and 1 day to receive my delivery. Was told on the 12th May my cargo was in Pakistan. Waited another 3 weeks to receive it. Was not "door to door" service as had to arrange for collection 30 mins drive from home. Tried 4 contact numbers to Karachi & Islamabad, no answer. My first email I received a response saying it was in Pakistan. Emailed 3 people a week later with no response. Very hard to communicate with a human. Customer service is very poor.
