STILL WAITING FOR REFUND…..
Discovery Princess cruise from LA to Mexico 23-29 October 2022. We set up our MedallionClass and paid extra for a personalised medallion. Embarked and discovered we hadn’t received our paid-for order. Raised this with Guest Services who assured we would receive a refund back to our credit card which has still not arrived after more than 6 weeks! Does anyone know how I can contact Princess to raise this?
