It took several tries to get my problem…
It took several tries to get my problem corrected. I still can’t sign into my account using my email address, because it takes me to a previous trip. I have to sign in with a number I can’t remember as my username. I tried changing my username in that new account, and even after doing that, it tried to take me back to the account with my old trip. Seems your system can’t handle more than one trip for a person, so now I have to reenter all my information. Also, now my husband is having the same issue, so he’ll have to get a different ID to be able to enter a payment, and we’ll have to reenter all his info.
