Rude and not helpful
I provided my enrolment acceptance letter when registering, they refused this and sent me an email saying they would accept enrolment acceptance letters, when I told them that was what I provided they abruptly ended the conversation and they told me they would no longer attempt to verify my account. It would've been better if they told me what was wrong with the enrolment acceptance letter instead of being rude. This is very poor as I'd been waiting to use Unidays to claim discounts as I'm a student, now it feels like I can't claim discounts like other students just because the staff are having a bad day.
