diabolical product, diabolical service (pure air gen 3)
first few days of the product were impeccable. Then problem after problem after problem. Only a few days in there was some sort of motherboard issue which is diabolical on a scooter which isn’t even 1 week old!!! I had to email pure as there’s no customer service number and they said they will pick it up for repair. After sending to pure it took them 2 WEEKS to fix this issue. When the product was finally returned, I realised that the back tyre was flat I filled it up thinking it could have been low on air when I sent it. The next morning the tyre was again completely flat. obviously due to work I couldn’t send it back instantly but when I did it and they took it for repair again they sent it back with no repair and the valve completely OFF!!!!!!! Again, they asked if I wanted to send it back to them to get both the leak and the valve fixed. Guess what, they sent it back with the valve in the tyre but the leak still not dealt with. I’m pretty sure a tyre should hold air for more than 1 DAY! Theres no contact number or in person stores and the service is diabolical. All they have done is the bare minimum. I have had a faulty product since day one and have given up on this useless rubbish of a product. It’s not even been a damn year!!!!
