Love the concept of simplifying scripts…
Love the concept of simplifying ordering scripts at great prices. However, do not love the idea that refills are all screwed up. I set refill frequency at original order time, but those dates got ignored and 30-60 day refills were stored with my account instead -- wrong, way off, those are not even in the same ballpark as refill dates I entered. To make matters worse, when logging into my account, I am unable to edit those refill dates back to what I originally entered (edit button on 'refills' page doesn't work, so I then need to call in to customer service to change (that hassle factor is not good).....how does something so simple get so screwed up??? makes me suspicious abt why they make this so hard when the whole idea is to simplify....WHERE IS MANAGEMENT??? Customer service told me "we are working on it".....huh? I'm in IT, something like refill dates would be a quick programming fix that should never have gotten past unit testing-- what's the problem? if it smells like a scam, looks like a scam, and feels like a scam......enough said.
