Terrible customer service inflexible
Terrible customer service don't care about you - Avoid. I've been a repeat customer for over 15 years I contacted them today as I cam no longer do an remote learning course on the 4th Dec as i need to assist a key customer at short notice so I asked nicely to change it and offered to pay any difference with my apologies. they offered to bring it forward to Sunday the 1st Dec which I can't do due to family commitments. but they won't move it back to a convenient date. whats the difference to them? so they are holding me to their inflexible 14 day n9 change policy so I've lost out completely. construction is a very variable and constantly changing they should understand this and be more flexible . shame on Goldcross
