Customer support take forever
Customer support take forever to resolve issue. When you first submit a ticket, they'll respond quickly but it's just copy paste responses without resolving the issue you have. My account was locked due to the verification process. My license is in a banned state but I currently live in a legal state with utility bills to prove I reside in that state. They have not replied to my email and it's been over a week. My account is still locked and I can not login.
