Ollie moldy dog treats
I purchased Ollie dog treats which has an expiration date of 7/16/25. I opened one on 5/2/25 and it was moldy. I tried to return it to the store i purchased it from and they told me to contact Ollie. When I did they were apologetic but stated “we can’t do anything about it”. Not only do I NOT trust their products but their customer service sucks. They didn’t even offer to send me new bags or refund. Ollie and Petco co-jointly put a product out for consumers which went bad and neither wants to take responsibility. That’s bad “goodwill” and I refuse to do business with either of these businesses. I will tell everyone I know what happened so that they will boycott these businesses too. I still have the two bags of moldy dog treats.
