Unfair business practices
Recently I had a need for a new phone. Went to the T-Mobile store and explained the problem. They recommended a new phone. Being cost conscious we discussed how much my monthly bill would increase. They understated the estimate substantially. When I contacted T-Mobile they went through the situation with me. Ultimately they declined my request to return the phone and go back to my earlier phone. Bottom line, T-Mobile is not a company to trust. Beware of the monthly estimate charges, you could be misled as I was.
