I would give negative stars if I could. I was able to make an into Al appointment quickly- and the provider was great. Follow up however was poor, due for an appointment and could not get her calendar. I had to email customer service 3 times before a response, after back and forth finally got one. Now my provider has left Brightside and they set me up with someone who does not have appointments compatible with my schedule. I have emailed SEVEN times asking to be switched- no reply, nothing. This is not only poor customer service but poor patient care. I am a mental health provider myself and I can tell you I would NEVER refer anyone to this service. The positive reviews are a scam and I appreciate this site because it is clear that others are having similar issues.
