I came across Irish Tourism while…

I came across Irish Tourism while searching for a travel service to help organize a family vacation to Ireland. We had never been to Ireland and were keen to organize our holiday to enable us to deeply experience the Irish culture, see all the sights the country is so famous for, and do so at a comfortable pace and an enjoyable manner. We were so blessed to have found Irish Tourism -- as they did an amazing job in organizing our visit and supporting us throughout our holiday tour!!! Organizing: Our Irish Tourism travel agent Maria - was FABULOUS! She put together a proposed agenda and recommended accommodations, and worked with us to tailor it to our specific interests. Her recommendations truly reflected the value in the "Local" Irish Tourism is well noted for. Her remarkable insights on why we should visit various sites, how they aligned to what we were interested in - enabled us to easily collaborate with her to create an interesting, reliable and comfortable travel plan. And with all the restrictions/revisions around COVID 19 requirements (from pre-departure and pre-return mandatory documentation, testing, etc.) - her constant vigilance to keeping us alerted to such changes was immensely reassuring and much appreciated. Accommodations: The hotel selections could not have been better! They were all first rate accommodations and were well located/suited to touring the cities and locations we visited. We especially wanted to stay in several castles as part of our experience, and Maria's recommendations were absolutely superb! The castles were everything you imagine from fairy tales, and the culinary and service truly made you feel like the Lord and Lady of the Manor! Finally, I'd like to highlight a couple of the "added benefits" of working with Irish Tourism. First, FLEXIBILITY - Maria was very accommodating and helpful in adjusting our itinerary to our timeline and interests. It enabled us to drive from one overnight destination to the next - and enjoy all the sites and visit locations along the way - in a very relaxed, unhurried manner. Once you are behind the wheel (driving on the "wrong" side of the road, and perhaps along some rainy or foggy roadways), then you appreciate the value of the experienced insights and suggestions made by your travel agent. Simple things like recommending GPS was INVALUABLE!!!!! Many a time we shouted Hallelujah for the GPS – which made getting from one place to another much easier and efficient than if we’d tried to navigate ourselves using maps. GPS made it so easy to plan the travel routes and know the driving times etc. Second, TRUSTWORTHY - the pricing for our vacation was very reasonable! And their flexibility around cancellation, deferment, etc -- given all the pandemic uncertainty was very reassuring. But most of all -- you can truly trust their advice and recommendations. All arrangements were as presented, no hassles, no misunderstandings - no mistakes. You can absolutely rely on Irish Tourism to deliver a spectacular Irish experience!!! Our travel agent Maria - did a brilliant job putting our vacation visit package together for us. Always available to discuss any question or concern we might have, she was totally committed to affording us an unforgettable experience. And that is truly how it turned out ---- UNFORGETTABLE! I highly recommend Irish Tourism to anyone considering a vacation visit to Ireland. You'll be forever thankful you engaged them.
