Car rental company said our booking was cancelled. We had a copy of the booking to hand to show the agent (printed off 2 days earlier) He refused to honour the booking and told me to contact the broker(EconomyBookings.com). They were unhelpful too.

Slick pick up, competitive rates and an upgraded car made this an excellent rental. The fact that this company is not in the terminal is not a problem as they picked us up in less than 5 mins. Service was fantastic.
