Absolutely the worst rental car company…
Absolutely the worst rental car company in my life!!! At the start we were waiting for an hour for a transfer shuttle. That is already unacceptable. Then it gets worse. The car we booked was not available. Their deposit was so huge that our credit card could not pay it. And they just don't accept our Vpay debit which was only one other option to pay. We met extreme unwillingness to help us to solve the problem. Absolutely not flexible, no alternative solutions, nothing. It was as they were totally ok to leave us there in the standing in the night in the middle of nowhere. In the end they forced us to pay double for full insurance which was absolutely predatory behavior!
