I would give this 0 stars if i could. I have a HUGE issue to dispute. I just spent an hour on the phone receiving the worst customer service from your hot line. In the middle of September I spent almost $65 ordering Halloween decor from your online store. 2 items showed up broken so on October 2nd I called to ask for a refund. They said that I could throw away the broken items and that 2 new items would be sent to me. Over a month went by and I still recieved nothing. Today I call and get put through the ringer with the with people who barely speak English on the phone to have them fight and argue me every step of the way. The second man I spoke to wouldn't even give me his name after I asked him for it. After all that hard time I wasn't even offered a gift card or even a comping of my entire order just because of the hassle I went through! Clearly through my phone number and email you can see that I'm a frequent shopper at your stores and now because of this I won't ever go back. I would like the emai or reference to file a complaint to your cooperate office
