Up until now I have been pleased with the products and service. I'm very disappointed with this last order. I placed my order December 2nd it was confirmed December 4th and here it is December 13th and it still hasn't been shipped. I called during business hours and can't get anybody all I get is voicemail. That brought you from a five-star down to a two star!!
