Bad customer service
I’m gonna start by saying that the juice is awesome and I love it but the customer service experience I received is 1 star. I ordered juice and received the wrong item. So i sent an email saying that i receieved the wrong item and so they asked me to send a picture of the item, shipment box, order number and copy of the email containing my order. So i got a response back from them and they’re saying that they run a system that does not make a mistake and they are sorry that a replacement will not be sent but instead they gave me a discount code for my future order. What kind of company ask their customer to send pictures of items they sent wrong and such and will not resolve the problem. I guess its time to take my business some place else.
