There needs to be a checklist sent to each customer at the time of booking showing * 'what you need to do now' ie check visas- is your passort valid-have you booked plane seats with the airlines - booked transport to the airport etc *' what will will do now' ie we will send your documents 30 days before the departure date.etc. There are a lot of pages of small print with this holiday and you need to pull out the important stuff early on. Lots of people may be unfamiliar with cruising and there are a lot of elements to get right on a long haul cruise.We are going to hong kong and then travelling down to australia visiting several new countries. When I spoke to a manager at Infinity she was extremely helpful but the general staff are not as good .
