Use Testi instead!
Save your money and don’t bother. I booked a Saturday driving test in advance in an area a long way from where we are based. I chose a Saturday to maximise the opportunity to book any cancellation available (including Saturdays). Driving test cancellations 4 all booked a test 32 days in advanced which I could have done myself (and earlier) at the original point of booking. I also had the Testi app installed. Between the two apps Testi is significantly better. I had multiple multiple notifications of earlier tests, not one from driving test cancellations 4 all. I tried calling customer services, yet it simply says all of the operators and busy, I left voicemails which they never returned. Save your £20, go with Testi and book it yourself, at-least you will know it’s booked!
