Bought their "Mint" condition phone and it arrived looking as-new. There were no visible marks or scratches, and the battery health was at 91% as promised. I wouldn't have known this was a refurbished phone if you hadn't told me. The shipping experience was slightly less than ideal since we're talking AusPost here - took a lot longer than expected. I wish I could get this shipped via Amazon... The 4-star rating is because I tried calling them multiple times as I did not receive an invoice with the phone and no one ever answers their phone. They responded over email and sent it to me without any issue, but the lack of phone support, especially considering their phone is on their website is concerning. I have a feeling that if anything goes wrong with the phone, the warranty process will also be a headache so while I hope this won't be an issue, I am being cautious due to the lack of phone support.
