ZAP-Hosting destroyed my account, my work, and my trust – NEVER AGAIN

ZAP Hosting is without a doubt the worst hosting company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been using their platform since 2020. I ran real infrastructure: VPS, RDPs, bots, game servers — services that were online and used by real clients. My setup wasn’t a toy, it was a functional, working, growing environment. Until they killed it overnight. Out of nowhere, they suspended my account — no warning, no email, no conversation, no proof, nothing. Just a message one day: "Your account has been suspended." No access to my data. No recovery. No explanation. And when I contacted support? All I got was arrogance and copy-paste responses. "We won’t tell you anything." "The decision is final." "No appeal possible." Not even a basic explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. They didn’t just shut down an account — they shut down live services used by paying clients. They caused me damage. They made me look like a scammer to my own customers. Florian from “Level 2 Support” acted like a robot. Cold, dismissive, and completely useless. Even when I asked for escalation or a final review — they refused. They don’t care. They don’t listen. They don’t respect their own users. What they did is not just bad service — it’s a violation of trust, of digital ownership, and potentially of GDPR. I wasn’t warned, I wasn’t heard, I was erased. Like garbage. Avoid this company at all costs. If they can destroy a loyal, multi-year user with no explanation, they can do it to anyone. ZAP-Hosting is not professional. It’s a dangerous platform run by amateurs hiding behind automated replies. **Never again. My account was permanently banned overnight without any prior warning, dialogue, or opportunity to correct anything. When I contacted support, I received no explanation—only “your account is permanently banned”—and the account was then removed. For a customer who has been with you since 2020, this is extremely unprofessional and damaging. I am not the party who violated your rules. I operate as a reseller because, in Tunisia, the vast majority of customers (≈99%) do not have international payment methods. My role is to help local clients access hosting legitimately under my account. I do not engage in abusive activity, and I am fully willing to comply with your AUP/TOS. Why was I directly banned instead of receiving a warning first or being given a chance to respond? Any fair and responsible platform provides users with a path to understand and fix issues before taking such drastic, irreversible action. I am requesting a proper resolution: - A clear explanation of the alleged violation, including the specific AUP/TOS clause. - An explanation for the lack of any prior warning or appeal. - Immediate restoration of my account and all associated services. I am ready to cooperate with any verification (e.g., identity/KYC), usage adjustments, or compliance steps you require. Treating a long-term customer this way is not professional and has caused serious business harm. Please double-check this decision and restore my services without further delay.
