I had a chat experience with Nazia a customer service rep for Superdrug mobile, they were extremely helpful, walking me through each step which was needed as I am 78 years old & although somewhat tech savvy the problem was beyond me, found the SKY eSIM was still installed, helped me reset the mm settings & was very patient with their help, thank you very much for your help & patience, much appreciated.
