Few issues on board but main complaint…
Few issues on board but main complaint after approx 4 phonecalls and at least 8 emails , I have still not received my onboard statement. Money has been taken at end of cruise but no statement so I am unable to check what I have been charged for. I have had so many excuses ( one being that I booked through an agent and not direct) told would take 10_15 days another that it would need come from USA at some emails have been totally ignored others promised to get it sorted. I have asked for a refund for appalling customer service as have not been able to comply with my request, nothing, no response to last three emails.
