A little difficulty in contacting customer service.
I had a problem with my coffee grinder and although I experienced some initial difficulty in obtaining updates from customer services the problem has since been satisfactorily resolved. Staff of the Fellow coffee machine's manufacturer and also the Coffee Friend retailer proved to be both friendly and helpful. The product itself has been a revelation and produces some fairly impressive results - for me at least. With such an effective product attracting a two rather than a one year guarantee combined with the fact of Coffee Friend proving to be a reputable company I can do no less than highly recommend both the product and company.
