If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would! Have ripped me off for a late return charge of 56 euros even though I got the car back in line with the time on my rental agreement. Their staff incorrectly recorded my return time (by 3.5 hours) and now they won’t refund the charge even though I can prove I got the car back hours earlier than they are claiming. Stay clear of Budget at Knock Airport, Ireland - total rip off merchants and looks like they have targets to raise extra fees from unsuspecting customers. Will never use them again.
