The company is misleading they said you can cancel anytime and I was told i can cancel but I will not get my money back i signed up for the yearly membership. since i started the training i ask for a refund because one of the thing is you have to book 15 days prior and something else you have to have a paper form to the credit card approval, I had been giving the run around write to customer services they take for ever and if you finally get a call back i was told by Jazmine that i will not received my money back and specific in the main page before you become an agent it says you can get a refund.
