Mixed experience
While the flight departed on time and the crew was professional, the seat comfort left much to be desired on this 12-hour journey. The entertainment screen was responsive and had good content, but the food service was slow and options were limited. WiFi was available but quite expensive. It's an okay option for the route, but there might be better alternatives.
