We have attached a detailed copy of Invoice #170909607 to this email. The total amount due is £183.60., to be paid by 23/11/2023. For CASH payment please pay cash to the Cleaners on the day of the service prior the start of the job This is the worst cleaning agency ever- do not be deceived. The cleaning service provided was poor, there was dirt in corners and edges of kitchen floor ( grease that I was still able to take off with my hands- they refused to do any further cleaning when I complained-it was just a mop job which a child could do) , a grim inside the toilet basin - it was just over an hour cleaning even though it was estimated to be a 3hours job to ensure properly done. Also they used a faulty equipment that tripped the power to the property and left the fridge and boiler not working. I nearly had to pay a technician to repair the fault because had a tenant moving in. The cleaners attended very late to the property and one of them was very rude trying to extort money by saying the oven was not included in the cleaning hence expecting more money - it nearly was a big argument. I had paid for the oven to be clean it was all inclusive. They rushed the work, no attention to detail, I could have cleaned the property my self and done a better job. Their complaint handling service is zero - I complained yesterday advising had a tenant moving in this weekend, sent emails they have responded to none. But they were quick to take full payment before attending the property for the cleaning because they knew the service will be of very poor standard. Please KEEP AWAY from this company - its a complete disappointment and waste of money, they are unprofessional and cleaners have not sense of customer service - including communication barriers. They cut corners to make money.
