Impossible to speak with customer…
Impossible to speak with customer service, they do not communicate arrival time, you used to be able to select am or pm for delivery but that option is not available any more and the ETA could be anytime between 8am and 4pm!! What an absolute joke. Have been waiting on the phone with two different "customer service number" (one of the supposedly "HSS pro" nothing pro about that) for over an hour. Very quick at taking payment, a disaster from them onwards... wish I'd gone straight to the shop.
