Truly shit customer service
Customer service has been ignoring me for the past 30 days after the apartment we booked left us unable to access it. It was -3C outside, the host did not reply or engage in any conversation, which is abhorrent in itself. Booking.com has not refunded this and the agents on the phone keep repeating same bull over and over again about having to speak to the property first. Utterly incompetent. I will be avoiding using them in the future and will be doing a chargeback for this shitshow.
