I was very happy with the service received from the ease of booking an appointment on line and the regular updates via email as well as the Engineer calling to advise me how long before he would be here. The engineer was totally professional, dealt with the problem efficiently and made the whole experience a smooth one. He is certainly a good advocate for your company.
