If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My father was a Marriott timeshare owner for 20 years. He was an executive level with many timeshares. When my mother passed he decided in his grief and with his disability of a recent Parkinson’s diagnosis limiting his travel to sell back the timeshares. He somehow didn’t bank the points even though he always banked his points and they took the timeshares (multiple) back without paying him a cent. They refused to give home back these lost points. He had some points that were previously banked left in his account. I went to book a vacation for my family 60 days out to get the executive level discount on the points and was told I had no status. So they took 7,000 plus points from the man, took back his timeshares to sell to someone else for no money, and wouldn’t give me the discount nor the 100 points I needed for a full week. They are awful human beings. They told me my dad had no status and they could only help him if he had a status. If this is how they treat widowed disabled loyal customers, they should be ashamed of themselves!
